The combined separate nonfinancial report of Volkswagen AG and the Volkswagen Group in accordance with sections 289b and 315b Handelsgesetzbuch (HGB – German Commercial Code) for fiscal year 2021 will be available on the website https://www.volkswagenag.com/presence/nachhaltigkeit/documents/sustainability-report/2021/Nichtfinanzieller_ Bericht_ 2021_d.pdf in German and at https://www.volkswagenag.com/presence/nachhaltigkeit/documents/sustainability-report/ 2021/Nonfinancial_Report_2021_e.pdf in English by no later than April 30, 2022.
